Instead of buying Yarn-Got a New Knitting Bag

Every other Thursday evening, I meet with a group at my local yarn store to work on a charity knitting program that we started last fall. It's always a fun evening and we're making hats, mittens, and scarves for children in our area. Being in the shop surrounded by all that yarn is always tempting. I could start a new project every time I visit the store. But seeing that I've committed to using the yarn I already have, I passed on new yarn. However, I had asked the owner to order the Jordana Paige Knitting Satchel for me. The blue one was back ordered for quite awhile and SURPRISE! last night it was there. It is really a great bag. I intend to spend some time on Sunday setting up a tool kit to keep in the pouch that comes with the bag. The one I have is the main picture on www.jordana paige.com

As for my knitting this week. I finished the feather and fan cloth and have started another one. I'll post photos soon. Then I think it's time to go back to the diagonals with a double strand to use up some yarn quickly.
